What to expect?

 

In your sessions we can explore together whatever it is that you want to, at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

 

Whether that’s exploring past experiences, thought processes, developing coping strategies or taking some time to figure out what you would like to get out of therapy. 

 

We can work collaboratively and work in a way so that you feel like you are getting the most out of your sessions. 

 

Also! It’s important that you feel comfortable in your sessions, and I’d like you to know that I welcome fidgeting, walking around, doodling and pets. 

What next? 

 

If you are interested in having some sessions, I offer a free 15 minute call / video chat. 

 

Whether it’s your first time trying therapy or if you’ve had therapy in the past, we can take some time to have a chat about what you would like to work on in sessions. 

 

I can share in more depth how we could work together and answer any questions that you may have too! 

 

From then, if you feel like we would be a good fit, we could book in some future sessions.
